When do I need to order?+
Plan the next week’s Monday–Friday lunches before Saturday at 4pm West Africa Time (Lagos). After that, orders lock so our partners can prepare precise quantities.
Can I choose my own meals?+
Regular follows the curated weekly plan. Large lets you customize compatible components within a ₦5,000 daily allowance or keep the curated meal. Premium allows more portions and extras, with a minimum weekly basket of ₦30,000. Prices and allowances shown here are preview configuration pending final vendor agreements.
Is delivery really included?+
Yes. There is no separate customer delivery charge. Meals travel in batches to participating offices and nearby buildings, with a target of at least 20 meals per cluster. Your building must be confirmed before live ordering opens.
Who prepares my lunch?+
Our selected restaurant and food partners prepare the meals. DeliteHQ coordinates orders, supplies branded packaging, labels meals and organizes office deliveries. We do not cook meals ourselves.
What if I need to cancel or have an allergy?+
You can request cancellation before the published cutoff. After the cutoff, preparation is committed and cancellation is unavailable. Allergy notes need explicit confirmation from our team and kitchen partners; we cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation. The preview does not accept real orders or process refunds.
Can my company subsidize my lunch?+
Yes, we’re planning company lunch benefit partnerships. Your company can fund an agreed amount per eligible meal, with employees paying the balance. Contact us through the company interest form to prepare your requirements.
